6) No Brokerage Relationship Created by Using the Site
Using the Site, viewing listings, receiving automated emails, or submitting a form does not by itself create:
- a broker-client relationship,
- an agency relationship,
- a fiduciary relationship, or
- a duty to represent you.
Representation (if any) is created only through a separate written agreement signed by you and the appropriate broker/agent, as required by Texas law and practice.
7) Texas Real Estate Disclosures & Required Notices
Texas law and Texas Real Estate Commission (“TREC”) rules require license holders to provide certain consumer information, including prominent homepage links to the Information About Brokerage Services (IABS) notice and the Consumer Protection Notice on business websites that advertise real estate services. 8) Listings, Maps, School Info, and Market Data Are Not Guaranteed
The Site may display property listings, photos, descriptions, virtual tours, maps, school information, neighborhood information, walk scores, estimated values, and other data from us or third parties.
All information is provided for general informational purposes only and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. You should independently verify all facts that matter to you, including square footage, taxes, HOA restrictions/fees, schools, boundaries, permits, condition, zoning, and availability.
